Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to making significant strides in reducing our environmental impact through initiatives that focus on energy consumption, waste management, and resource optimization. Our transition to renewable energy sources has been a pivotal part of our strategy, with a substantial portion of our electricity now sourced from solar panels installed at our IT Park location. This shift to clean energy has reinforced our decision to continue our tenancy at this forward-thinking facility. As part of our broader sustainability agenda, we have also set clear targets for reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. By prioritizing energy efficiency, investing in renewables, and optimizing operational practices, we are actively working toward measurable GHG reductions that align with both national and global climate goals.


Our waste management efforts have also shown impressive progress. By implementing comprehensive waste sorting systems across all our facilities, we have optimized our practices and collaborated with Eco Project to support reforestation efforts. We have already planted trees in the Nork Forest, with plans for further plantings in the coming years to help restore natural balance and ensure a sustainable future. Additionally, we have embraced circular economy principles, ensuring that all of our e-waste is repaired, donated, and resold, diverting it from landfills.


Water conservation remains a key priority for us, and we have implemented a variety of measures, including sensor-based taps, water filters, and employee education programs. These initiatives have led to more efficient water use across our facilities. We have also invested in energy-efficient LED lighting, motion sensors, and Energy Star certified equipment to reduce energy consumption. Furthermore, our shift to cloud computing with green data centers has further enhanced our commitment to sustainability.

Social Responsibility

Our commitment to social responsibility is reflected in our diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Currently, 50% of our leadership roles are held by women, and we're working toward our goal of 60% by 2029. Our workforce represents over four nationalities, creating a rich tapestry of perspectives that drives innovation and helps us better serve diverse markets.


We provide 100% health insurance coverage for all employees, with mental health support and discounted family coverage options. Our hybrid work model promotes work-life balance while reducing commute-related emissions. Beyond our internal initiatives, we're committed to digital literacy through our "Hour of Code" program, which has trained over 150 teenagers in basic programming skills, helping bridge the digital divide in our community.
